Summer is the time when we need to remember this saying of Allah a lot:

“Say to the believing men that they should LOWER THEIR GAZE and guard their modesty: that will make for greater purity for them: and Allah is well acquainted with all that they do.” (Surah An-Noor: 30)

And to recite this morning/evening dhikir daily:
"O Allah, make me healthy in my body. Oh Allah preserve for me my hearing. Oh Allah PRESERVE FOR ME MY SIGHT. There is none worthy of worship with truth but You. O Allah I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. There is none worthy of worship but You." (Narrated by Abu Dawud, Hasan)

And to invoke Allah with this dua often:
“O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the evils of my hearing, THE EVILS OF MY SEEING, the evils of my tongue; the evils of my heart and the evils of passions." (Narrated by Abu Dawud and At- Tirmidhi, Hasan).
